To deliver on this vision, we are expanding our firm’s internal ESG and Sustainability team (this is not a client facing role). A look into the role This role is new and is focused on driving engagement across our business and with our stakeholders, maximising the positive impact we can make on the environment and on society. The ideal candidate will have the skills and ambition to help us drive the sustainability agenda. You will: Develop and support the delivery of our firm’s internal sustainability strategy; ensuring our whole firm is engaged, plans are delivered, targets met, measurement processes are in place; all in alignment with our wider business strategy Drive our firm’s overall sustainability reporting programme Develop and deliver environmental and social impact programmes and provide our people with opportunities for development and engagement Manage relationships with external partners, including charities and consultants, to ensure successful delivery of projects with maximum impact Identify market trends and keep abreast of current developments Actively engage and influence our people to ensure sustainability is at the heart of decision making Work with and advise our network of sustainability champions across the firm to ensure engagement and delivery of positive change against objectives Act as role model for colleagues Knowing you’re right for this role The minimum criteria you’ll need is: A personal passion for sustainability and a desire to develop technical skills Leadership skills – trusted, focused and collaborative Experience of delivering sustainability programmes Excellent communication skills Excellent project management skills It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
